For breeders

We're not the enemy.

This platform exists to help families find good breeders, and to give good breeders a place to stand out from the rest. Here's how it works, what we do about fake reviews, and how to take control of your profile.

Our mission

Elevate good breeders. Help good families.

We believe good breeders are made invisible when bad ones flood the market with cheap, unhealthy puppies. A trustworthy public record of who's doing this well, and who isn't, is how families learn to tell the difference. That's the whole job.

This is

A platform to elevate reputable breeders and inform buyers.

This is NOT

A place for revenge, pile-ons, or competitor sabotage.

Our promise

Genuine review, right of reply, fast takedown of fakes.

Protections in place

How we keep reviews fair

These aren't promises, they're built into the platform. Every review goes through them.

No review goes live unchecked

Every review is held for moderation. Low-risk reviews from established accounts are auto-approved; anything containing strong factual accusations is held for a human to look at before it's visible.

Real accounts only

Anonymous reviews aren't allowed. Reviewers must sign in with Google. One person can only post one review per breeder, ever. Brand-new accounts are held automatically.

Defamatory accusations are auto-held

Reviews containing words like "puppy mill", "scam", "fraud", "abuse" or "cruelty" are automatically held for manual review. Those are the genuinely defamatory ones, and they don't get to publish themselves.

One-tap report → auto-hide

Any visitor (or you) can flag a review. Unverified reviews are hidden the moment they're reported, pending a human re-check. We err on the side of taking down disputed content.

Right of reply, surfaced inline

You can respond to every review on your profile, good or bad. Your reply appears directly under the review, so visitors see both sides at the same time.

Proof of purchase when it matters

When a critical review is disputed, we can ask the reviewer to provide proof of transaction, microchip number, receipt, or registration. No proof, no review.

The hard cases

Real concerns, straight answers.

We've heard these from breeders since day one. Here's exactly how each one is handled.

What we will and won't remove

Our removal policy

We don't remove reviews because they're negative. We remove them when they're fake, abusive, or unsubstantiated.

We will remove

  • False factual claims the reviewer can't substantiate
  • Reviews from people who weren't actually customers (with no proof of purchase)
  • Abuse, threats, harassment, or off-topic content
  • Pile-on bursts from coordinated accounts

We won't remove

  • Honest negative reviews of a real customer experience
  • Star ratings you disagree with
  • Critical opinions written respectfully
  • Reviews that include accurate information you'd prefer wasn't public

If a review feels wrong, report it. We respond, and we don't make breeders fight in public to get something fake taken down.

Take control of your profile

Claiming gives you a Verified Owner badge, the ability to reply to every review, control over your description, photos, litters, and notifications when something new is posted about you.

Something feel wrong? Talk to us.

If a review on your profile feels fake, unfair, or abusive, or if there's anything else on the platform that needs a person's attention, get in touch. We read every message.
